Candy Cap Crowned Sidecar

Sugar-rimmed glass of Candy Cap Crowned Sidecar Cocktail  made with Wine Forest Wild Foods Candy Cap Mushroom Sugar by Connie Green

  • 2 parts brandy
  • 1 part Cointreau or orange liqueur
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • Candy Cap Sugar
  1. Wipe the edge of a martini glass with lemon juice and dip the glass edge in the candy cap sugar.
  2. In cocktail shaker put brandy, orange liquour and lemon juice. Shake vigorously.
  3. Add ice to shaker. Shake with vigor again then strain into martini glass.
