Candy Cap Hot Bourbon

Serves 1

2 teaspoons Candy Cap Sugar

¾ cup boiling water

1½ ounces bourbon

Piece of lemon peel

Combine the sugar and bourbon in an 8-ounce mug. Pour in ¾ cup boiling water and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the lemon peel and serve.
