Huckleberry Mint Lassi

Cool and refreshing with some zip and a touch of sweetness

½ cup yogurt

1 oz. Huckleberry Shrub

2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves (packed)

2 Tablespoons sparkling water

½ cup crushed ice

Combine the yogurt, Huckleberry Shrub, fresh mint and sparkling water in a blender.

Blend well, until mint is nicely incorporated.

Add the crushed ice and a pinch of salt.

Blend until smooth.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
