Classically used for wild game, choucroute, or sauerkraut, our Wild Juniper Berries can be ground to add piney brightness to wild game, fish, wild fowl and pork as well as traditional warm spice blends and chutneys.

Suggested Uses:

• use whole in marinades for meats and fish

• ground up, juniper berries are a bright ingredient in rubs

• use whole, wrapped up with mulling spices like cardamom, cinnamon and allspice and ginger slices
