Devil's Shrub

1½ oz. Tequila
½ oz. Elderberry Shrub
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
2 each: Fresh Ginger ¼" coins
2 oz. Soda Water
Combine the first five ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into an ice-filled Collins or rocks glass.
Top with the soda water. Stir to combine
Garnish with a lime wedge.
