This is a remarkable, inexpensive truffle oil of a very high quality and value. Many frugal chefs use this oil, since it has the clean, true flavor of a much more expensive one. Made with extra virgin olive oil.
Refrigerate truffle oil after it’s opened. It will become solid in the refrigerator, but all you need to do is run the bottle under warm water to liquefy it enough to pour out, then return the bottle to the refrigerator.
