The Wild Bible
Musings, observations, and tips on wild foods from hunting and cleaning to storage and preparation.
To this day the thought of seeking each wild food evokes the wonderment of childhood discoveries of the natural world, and each of these treasures is unique.
As we consider each of these wonderful wild foods, please keep in mind patient observation to properly identify wild plants and fungi,
being respectful in where and how we lightly tread, sharing nature's bounty with fellow creatures and taking only what we'll eat, properly preparing and storing the wild foods we do forage, being good stewards of the land and supporting its preservation,
and truly enjoying every minute and mystery, and every bite.
