Data we collect and how we use it: When ordering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. We do not give out any account information to any third parties unless it is necessary to provide you with your order. You are invited to join our opt-in seasonal email newsletter list during the check-out process or via a sign-up form, and you can un-subscribe at any time. You are also invited to create a password-secured account for your own convenience of not having to re-enter your information. Alternatively, you can always complete your check-out as a guest.
Shipping and Handling
Our standard shipping and handling rates for shipment of purchases are displayed below in US dollars. We will ship your order via UPS within one 24 hour business day. For faster shipping, we're happy to give you a quote. Just call us at (707) 944-8604.
For orders shipping outside of the US, Alaska or Hawaii, requiring expedited shipping, or simply needing more personal service, you are welcome to email us, call, or leave us a voice message and we will be delighted to call you back and do our best to help create a way to meet your needs.
Wine Forest Availability
Our foods are wild foods that grow and are harvested seasonally. In the event that there is not an item available within the immediate future, by opting in to receive seasonal newsletters, you will be contacted by email and informed of its arrival time.
Payment Policy and Security
We invite you to place orders directly through our website, where we are currently accepting orders shipping to US addresses. We process payments on our secured website through Master Card, Visa, Discover, JCB, Diners, or American Express credit cards and Pay Pal, and do not store any of your payment information. PayPal account holders have additional payment options. For orders shipping outside of the US, requiring expedited shipping, or simply needing more personal service, you are welcome to email us or leave us a voice message and we will be delighted to call you back.

Returns and Exchanges
We know you’ll love our foods, and it's important to us that you're more than pleased with your purchase, but if for any odd reason you think something isn’t your cup of tea, please call us or contact us within 30 days to arrange a return, replacement or refund.
