Huckleberry Mint Lassi

Chilled glass of Huckleberry Mint Lassi made with Wine Forest Wild Foods Wild Huckleberry Shrub Cool and refreshing with some zip and a touch of sweetness

  1. Combine the yogurt, Huckleberry Shrub, fresh mint and sparkling water in a blender.
  2. Blend well, until mint is nicely incorporated.
  3. Add the crushed ice and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
