Huckleberry Mint Lassi
Cool and refreshing with some zip and a touch of sweetness
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 oz. Wine Forest Huckleberry Shrub
- 2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves (packed)
- 2 Tablespoons sparkling water
- ½ cup crushed ice
- Combine the yogurt, Huckleberry Shrub, fresh mint and sparkling water in a blender.
- Blend well, until mint is nicely incorporated.
- Add the crushed ice and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
