Sea Rancher
- 1 oz. Wine Forest Wild Huckleberry Shrub
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1½ oz. Gin
- 2 oz. Club Soda
- pinch of Sea Salt
- Combine the first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
