Blue Dog (Catahoula)

- 1½ oz. Gin
- ½ oz. Elderberry Shrub
- 2 oz. Fresh Ruby Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz. Honey Syrup (half honey / half water)
- 1 dash Maraschino Liqueur
- Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Strain into an ice-filled Collins or rocks glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice and / or cherry.
