Devil's Shrub

Glass of Devil's Shrub Cocktail on ice, made with Wine Forest Wild Foods Wild Elderberry Shrubby John Gerber

  • 1½ oz. Tequila
  • ½ oz. Elderberry Shrub
  • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 each: Fresh Ginger ¼" coins
  • 2 oz. Soda Water
  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins or rocks glass. Top with the soda water. Stir to combine Garnish with a lime wedge.
